During COVID I began maintaining roughly six feeders in our backyard. That fall a flock of roughly 150 Pine Siskins showed up and went through almost 200 lbs of feed in under 3 weeks. They were not phased by me at all, so I set up my ladder near a sugar maple and took some shots as other flock members began using me as an additional perch.
